All DairyPure® shelf stable Grade A milk products are UHT pasteurized under sterile, aseptic conditions. The UHT aseptic pasteurization process gives our milk a shelf life of 12 months from the production date with or without refrigeration, and allows for storage in multiple temperature environments.
DairyPure® dairy products are made with milk from cows not treated with rbST. rbST (Recombinant Bovine Somatotropin), also known as rbGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone), is a genetically engineered version of a naturally occurring growth hormone found in cattle that increases milk output from cows.
