Our delivery hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year, including holidays. Customers choose the date and time frame to receive their delivery from the following time slots:
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM,
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM,
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
We provide free delivery for all orders over $75, otherwise we charge a fee of $9.90 when orders are less than $75.
We deliver to all Disney and Universal hotels and resorts. Clients have the option to receive their delivery directly or have it delivered to the hotel’s Bell Services. Once the order is delivered, a confirmation email is sent to the client.
Please note, orders delivered to the hotel’s Bell Services must be picked up within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will cause the hotel to dispose of the items.
