Refund & Cancellation policy

At Water Butlers, we strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy to understand the terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Items: Cakes, Crumbl Cookies, and charcuterie platters are non-refundable. For other perishable items, if they are unopened, we can replace them or issue a refund.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations as straightforward as possible:

• 48+ Hours Before Delivery: Full refund.
• 24-48 Hours Before Delivery: Refund for the order total, minus delivery fees and tips.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations on the day of delivery cannot be processed, as your order has already been shopped, packed, and prepared for delivery.

Important Note: Birthday cakes and catering items are non-refundable once ordered.
