However, it operates from a fixed catalog of 5,000 items — compared to Water Butlers' 9,000+ products sourced across multiple supermarkets — and doesn't carry items from Whole Foods or Target. Its pricing is significantly higher than competitors, and the cancellation policy is the most punishing in the category: 25% restocking fee within 48 hours, 50% within 24 hours, and same-day/next-day orders cannot be modified at all. Refunds go to account credit, not your card. Customer support closes at noon daily.
