Honeydew Melon, each
Honeydew melons have a smooth, creamy-yellow or bright golden rind, a slightly oval shape, and juicy, sweet flesh. When ripe, honeydew melons are fragrant and yield to pressure at the blossom end. Remove the seeds and cube for a fruit salad or slice and wrap with prosciutto and mint for a refreshing summer salad.
