Terms of service transports

You hereby acknowledge and understand that Water Butlers hires independent contractors to provide all transportation service for its customers.

Water Butlers will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the independent contractors engaged by Water Butlers for transportation services are fully licensed and compliant with all relevant rules and regulations to provide the requested transportation services for customers.

Water Butlers is dedicated to providing the best-in-class customer support, which includes handling various aspects of your transportation experience. Our services encompass processing payments, facilitating refunds, managing cancellations, addressing complaints, and more. We strive to ensure your satisfaction at every step of the way.

You further acknowledge and agree that Water Butlers is fully indemnified by its independent contractors and Water Butlers shall have no liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any accident, incident or other loss (indirect or consequential) suffered by you or any third party in relation to transportation services provided by such independent contractors.
